Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 3 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping carrier: We typically ship via UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We can not be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Return Policy
We are happy to accept online returns within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund or store credit.
Items returned after the 60-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition.
To make a return, please email parts@exosent.com with your order number.
We will help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office.
Once we receive your return, please allow 4-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 4-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
